NPBA 2017

This event will outline some of the key programs and activities that will help you DO BETTER BUSINESS in 2017

The purpose of this event is to promote awareness of the NPBA’s key projects for 2017. This event is being held in conjunction with ‘Back to Business’ week which is supported by the NSW Department of Industry.  

The NPBA is in the process of commencing four key projects for 2017 in addition to its general operations.

  1. A new membership structure
    • Including a complimentary membership level to assist in engaging and promoting more local businesses
  2. A business accelerator program
    • To deliver a service to local businesses that will help them grow the capacity of their business
      • Provide essential services such as graphic design, financial management, website development, social media marketing and business coaching
      • Have co-share work spaces for our local businesses to work
      • Develop a community of like-minded people who want to do business with each other and solve problems together
      • Hold events and training sessions to assis tin meeting the daily challenges of running a business in our precinct
  3. A Night Time Economy project
    • The Night Economy Alliance project will
      • Determine what makes a vibrant night time economy, how to measure it & how to report it
      • Develop a model of collaboration for all stakeholders in the night time economy
      • Develop objectives and metrics that meet the needs of all night time economy stakeholders
      • Record all activity to replicate in other precincts
      • Benchmark our model against other global cities
  4. Village ambassador program
    • Groups of passionate local businesses in the villages of Enmore, Erskineville, Camperdown, North King st and South King st who want to promote their village to the NPBA digital audience
