The Newtown Precinct Business Association (NPBA) has secured the premises at 404 King Street to open a Business Accelerator. This Accelerator is called ‘The Local Business Co-Operative‘, or ‘The Co-Op’ for short, and it’s objective is to help locals Do Better Business.
One of our key projects as part of this accelerator is our Cultural and Creative Support Program. This program is being developed to help get local people and businesses out of their home office and into an environment that will help their business to grow.
This program will provide 10 local Cultural or Creative businesses a 12 month sponsorship of an office space and face to face business coaching that will help them to concentrate on developing their passion and growing their business. If you answer yes to all these questions, you may be eligible for the program

The NPBA is currently developing a grant submission to the City of Sydney which will assist in funding this program. To help us develop this submission, we would like to put forward some examples of local businesses that could qualify for this program.
